Women’s Advent Worship Night
In a season where so much competes for our attention, all women are invited to step away from the noise to set our sights on Jesus, the newborn king. This Advent Worship Night will be an evening of worship, reflection, and stillness as we enter into the beauty and weight of the Advent. Mark December 4, 6:30-8:30 on your calendar.

Taste of SOKM Class
Join us Sunday 12/7 from 1pm-1:45pm in the Student Room for a short info class about School of Kingdom Ministry! SoKM is a program that trains everyday people how to minister in the power of the Spirit. This school has proved to be a powerful way to train people in how to recognize and flow in the gifts of the Spirit while living a naturally supernatural life. We believe that this will help us develop the ministry of the Spirit and prayer in our Church. Class begins January 12th.

Become a Pathway group leader
In 2026, we’re inviting everyone at Northstar to jump into a Pathway Group — six gatherings designed to help you grow in community and in your walk with Jesus. To make that happen, we need more leaders and hosts. If you’d be willing to open your home or help facilitate a group, we’d love to talk with you.
You’ll notice the podcast setup out in the lobby by Connecting Point at our Loveland Campus — that’s your cue! Entertain Cody & David by jumping on the podcast show (that may or may not be real) and learn how you can help lead a Pathway Group this year.

Basic Prayer Training
Join us Saturday, December 6th, 9:30-11am in the Student Room of our Loveland Campus for Basic Prayer training! This necessary step is expected for those hoping to be involved in Prayer Ministry Teams. In this training you’ll learn the values and the practice of prayer that we encourage at Northstar, receive inspiration of what God is doing, instruction on how to partner with Him, and practical experience in walking that out. It’s designed to equip anyone desiring to take a step into kingdom ministry as it pertains to honing your skill in praying for others. No registration required.
Prophetic Prayer & Communion
Join us on Sunday, December 14th at 5:00 PM at the Loveland Campus for a special evening of prayer and worship. Have you ever longed to hear God's voice? This evening is set aside for just that — a time to pray for one another and listen together for what God may be saying. We'll also share in worship and communion as part of our 5:00 PM service. This is a family-friendly gathering, and children are welcome to join you in the auditorium. (Please note: no childcare will be provided.)
Care Center Christmas Store
Join us on Saturday, December 13th at Loveland and West Chester campuses as kids shop for their moms/dads/caregivers for Christmas, free of charge. Our biggest need is filling up the Christmas Store with $20-25 gifts. Visit the Christmas Tree in the lobby to pick tags off the tree, shop via our Amazon Wishlist, or serve in person the day of the event.

Year End Giving Initiative
Last year Northstar saw a record financial season, capped by a remarkable December that enabled us to give $250,000 to the Care Center and Back2Back’s work in Haiti. This December, we’ll again double our outreach giving so that 50% of all income supports local and global missions, and we’re asking everyone to consider a special Christmas offering. This year’s focus is Refuge for Women, a ministry helping survivors of sex trafficking through comprehensive, Christ-centered care, and the continued development of our new Maineville campus as we extend our mission into a growing community. We’re grateful for your generosity and pray you’ll join us in bringing hope to others and joy to God’s heart.
