weekend morning missions
Loveland
Outreach to our neighbors in need happens every Saturday morning (rain or shine) leaving from Northstar at 11am. Great for everyone - families, individuals, groups, and even those with little or no outreach experience at all. Just show up! This is an opportunity to meet the practical needs of our neighbors and meet others at Northstar as we serve the community for about 50 minutes. Afterwards, we grab lunch together.
West Chester
Join us on the Second Sunday of the month for local outreach! We'll gather right after church to pray and prep then we head out into the community to build relationships, offer resources, and pray for people. This is a family friendly event and we would love for you to join us!
The care center
We operate a free resource center, The Care Center, out of Northstar throughout the week. Our mission is to provide holistic care for the whole person. This means that not only do we provide free resources and services, but we also offer opportunities for relational, spiritual, and life skill support and training.
Volunteers are a vital part of The Care Center. As a non-profit organization, The Care Center relies on a variety of volunteers from across the city to use their unique skills and experiences to help support The Care Center. If you are interested in volunteering visit the Care Center website for more details.

Grafted Community at Northstar
Grafted at Northstar is a community support group that meets every second Saturday of the month to encourage anyone in their adoption and foster journeys. Over dinner we share stories, laugh, encourage with scripture and prayer, and enjoy a couple hours of respite in a safe place. Childcare and the meal are provided. Anyone is welcome regardless of their church home. For more information or to join, contact us by filling out the form below.
prison ministry
We travel to Warren County Jail and Hamilton County Jail. The visit is a very safe experience and consists of a meet and greet, opening prayer and 30-40 minutes of teaching and discussion about life change. Start time is 8:45am and we’ll wrap up by 10:15 with plenty of time to attend the 11am service in Loveland. No skills are needed - only that you have a heart for those in jail and the desire to listen to others. This opportunity is very safe for both men and women, but you must be 18 years or older and appropriate paperwork needs to be completed. We’d love to have you consider joining us once or twice a month. For more information, contact us by filling out the form below.
