Care center volunteer opportunity
The Care Center is a resource center that happens right here at Northstar on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of every month. At the Care Center, we provide community, assistance, connection to resources and encouragement to practically move ahead in life as we care for the whole person. Volunteers are needed to serve our guests as Table Hosts. This is an opportunity to share snacks and conversation around the table as we create a fun and encouraging environment at The Care Center. Training is provided for all of our roles. If you’re interested in serving, please contact Greg Knake at 513-205-5864 or at firstname.lastname@example.org or sign-up at the table in the café.
A Discipleship Huddle is a training group of 3-4 people that teaches discipleship strategies to help us be more intentional in living like Jesus. Huddles focus on learning to hear the voice of God. Huddles typically last 9-12 months and meet 2-4 times per month. They are both organized and organic while providing high challenge to change and high invitation into real relationships. For more information, please contact Adam Kasel at email@example.com.
